Melrose Avenue shop Barracuda announces the release of the exclusive Eight Eight 8 limited edition 3 foot tall TETSUJIN 28. The official licensed merchandise from Geneon Entertainment (USA) Inc. coincides with the live action T-28 DVD release.

Limited to 888 pieces, look for the figure to be released on October 13th. It will retail for $299.99.

The advanced Tamagotchi Connection Version 3 arrived in early 2006 and introduced fans to Tamagotchi Town, where one could explore the magical world of Mametchi, Memetchi, Kuchipatchi and all their friends. While using "Gotchi Points" and special passwords, visitors can go online to shop at the mall, visit with their pet's parents and grandparents, receive a map and keys to the city in the Town Hall, and even travel the world to exotic destinations. Darth Maul Force FX Double Bladed Lightsaber

Master Replicas announces a second convention exclusive, a signed Darth Maul Force FX Double Bladed Lightsaber. Signed by whom??? Darth Maul of course! Well in real life Ray Park signed it, the actor that played Darth Maul in the movie.

This FX saber is limited to 500 pieces worldwide and it will sell for $300 at San Diego Comic-Con (Booth #2913) - each with included certificate of authenticity. One more tibit of information the lightsaber is full scale, so it measures 86" long (7'-2") by 1.5" diameter. Can I get a booyah??!!

The tenth annual International G.I. JOE Collectors' Convention, hosted by the G.I. JOE Collector's Club and Hasbro, Inc., landed in New Orleans with a spectacular 17-story parachute drop of more than 300 3.75-inch G.I. JOE figures - all with working parachutes - from the roof of the Loews New Orleans Hotel.

First4Figures is producing a 12 inch replica of one of the most famous guns in video game history - the BFG from Doom. The replica however is a copy of the movie version of Doom. There will be 3 moving parts that includes side moveable panels. The 12 inch gun will set up back $79.99, it will ship in two weeks.

Cinemaquette's Alien is BIG

Cinemaquette is releasing their version of the Alien from the classic 1979 sci-fi thriller "Alien". The huge polystone Alien statue stands 24 inches tall! It is is limited to a production run of 1000 pieces, each individually signed by the Alien's creator, artist H. R. Giger.

The statue is not only tall, it also carries a big price tag, $1500. It is now available to Cinemaquette members at their website.

The boys at DEC have basically stolen the design of the PSP and retrofitted the inside to their specs. The DEC PMP MVX430 has 256MB of memory, an SD card slot, video and image recording, four hours of audio recording, and it can display video, images, and play games. Price have not been released yet, most likely because of modern day pirates.

Rumor: Xbox 360 Price Drop This Xmas

There is a rumor floating around the internet that Microsoft is planning a price drop of a $100 for the Xbox 360. The source is supposedly close to Microsoft and has also revealed that the Xbox 360 hardware team are now busy redesigning the chips supplied by ATI and IBM to cut costs and allow a price drop to coincide with the release of Sony's Playstation 3.

If this hold true, then you can basically get the Xbox 360 for half the price of the PS3. We will see this Christmas if this rumor flies true.

So in the latest edition of Marvel's "Civil War" comic, Spider-Man holds a press conference at the "center of the world", Times Sqaure, to reveals his true identity of Spider-Man - Newspaper photographer, Peter Parker.

Now that the world knows who Spider-Man is, he might as well give them his home address. If you think about it, he doesn't really need his costume anymore since there is nothing to hide. He can fight crime in his jeans and tee shirt. Now that's casual Friday!

I guess being a super hero doesn't pay the bills and he needs endorsements or maybe even a book deal. If I was a super hero in Marvel's universe, I would be shaking in my boots now. Perhaps I would pay Parker a visit and silence him before he gets a chance to open his pothole.

Geez!!! When they say Kugg Minis, they really meant MINI!! Newcomer Blackwater Toy's Kugg Mini figure stands at a height of 3/4 of an inch! That is smaller than the average keyboard's "TAB" key. There will be six designs that one can get - Office Mule, Caged, Joggs, Kates, Medikugg and the rare Nekuggtive figure.

Well in a poster that is. McFarlane Toys has taken Steven Spielberg's underwater water human sushi maker, Jaws and created this 3D-poster. The 3D-poster measures about 8 1/2 x 12 3/4 x 2-inch, it can either be hung on the wall or sit on a desk by using the accompanying stand. Look for it to hit stores around August.

For all the Cybertronian technology that went into transforming robots into ordinary objects, they have forgotten to include the technology to teach these giant robots how to count. On the official movie website, the movie is slated for release on July 4th of 2007 and the counter indicates that it's ONLY a little 25 days away! How is that possible??? Wii Wii Problems

I wonder how they even discovered this problem... If you think about it, the Wii is most likely researched and made in their research lab and factory, both I assumed are controlled environments and both I assumed is lighted by your typical fluorescent lights. So given the timing of this news, I'm guessing they discovered this problem at E3. Convention centers overhead lighting are usually your typical factory like fluorescent lights but individual booth lighting are a mixture of fluorescent and halogen lights - to give a warmer feel. Now I didn't go to E3 but if what I guess is right then most likely a few booths had their halogen overhead lights hanging off their booth wall and right above the flat screens demoing the Wiimote and games. And bam!! We got Wii Wii problems.

"Why can't we all get along?" - Have we not learn anything from this people? Apparently the upcoming Nintendo magic stick, Wii, can't play nice with halogen lighting. Yes, the regular household light bulb.

So like a drunk driver failing to walk in a straight line on a road side sobriety test - The Wii controller or Wiimote, will get the case of "can't shoot straight aiming problems" when halogen lights are shining on it's signal path, as reported by Kotaku.

Bug sucking gun from Summit

Now that spring is upon us, it's time for the young kiddies to run amok in the park, where they spend most of their time hunting for insects and then have their would be pet fly away when they try to put him in the jar. No more said Summit, because they have made the Bug Vacuum.

The bug sucking gun will suck the unlucky arthropod into the gun's holding tank that has a rotating trap door. Then little Bobby can transfer the insect perp into the big house - the Bug Habitat, where he will serve his life sentence, five days. Little Bobby can also transfer the prisoner in the Xtreme Bug Listner, where little Bobby can listen the inmate's pleads - "I didn't do it!! Let me go!!!"

The last thing we remember of Starscream was in his Cobra Commander whinny voice letting out... ummm a scream while Galvatron shot his Cybertronian butt and him turned to rubble.

Now it appears that Starscream is back and looking might damn fine! (squeal!!) Takara is releasing a Masterpiece Starscream this fall. It appears he will have articulating fingers much like the previously released Masterpiece Optimus Prime. In robot mode he stands 10" tall, plane mode is 13" long. Also including is his crown from the movie, which Galvatron stepped on after sending him to Deceptive Hell.
